Requrements:

A minimum of 3 years in sales, ideally with experience in the construction industry or related sectors.
Proficiency in Estonian, Russian, and English languages.
Ability to prepare commercial offers and conclude contracts.
Experience in the B2B sector, preferably within the construction industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for roof diagnostics offer preparation, and contract finalization.
Excellent multitasking and stress management skills. Must be capable of collaborative and independent problem-solving.
Exceptional client service skills and adept at handling incoming requests.

Duties:

Planning sales strategies, attracting clients, and maintaining daily communication with them to meet sales goals.
Striving for outstanding achievements and representing the company's interests within the country.
Daily engagement with the Bitrix24 sales CRM.
Roof diagnostics; client visits in Lithuania.
