- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in business disciplines Supply Chain Management or Operations Management and several years of experience in the field of Sales and Operations Planning / control
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Fluent English speaker

- Drive the full Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (S&OP) process across all Markets in the Baltics Region;
- Organization and coordination of the S&OP framework (meetings, reports, presentations, demand collaboration, deviation analysis plan vs. demand);
- Monitor, improve and set the targets for demand related KPIs (eg. Forecast Accuracy; providing reporting to a granular level on deviations):
- Analyze demand data vs budget vs Actual trends; provide detailed analysis back to sales;
- Drive stocking policies and inventory management for the Baltics region according to demand and supply constraints;
- Review demand planning parameters on a regularly basis;
- Data Analysis: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into inventory management, production planning, sales performance etc.
