Your responsibilities
Were looking for a Operations Support Operator to help us improve financial inclusion in Africa. As Operations Support Operator you will be part of a team tasked with providing our customers the highest quality of service available from a payment service provider.
- Daily system monitoring;
- Handling routine traffic/incidents;
- Ensuring smooth communication with African Telcos;
- Internal and external escalations;
- Providing support for customers;
- Performing reconciliation tasks;
- Handling merchant wallet balance management tasks;
- Participating in product development.
