Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of a product, from initial concept through to market launch and beyond. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

Your daily tasks will be 

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy, which consists of market research to identify customer needs and market trends. Defining goals for your product inline with the product strategy;
  
• Facilitate meetings internally with the team to ensure alignment;
  
• Create and maintain a product roadmap to guide the development and launch processes;
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support) to ensure successful product development and delivery;
  
• Manage the intake process of new requirements to the team;
  
• Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business goals;
  
• Break down large initiatives into smaller pieces of incremental value;
  
• Write clear and concise product requirement documents in collaboration with the technical teams, and advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring the product is intuitive and user-friendly;
  
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and quality delivery;
  
• Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and features;
  
• Monitor product performance post-launch and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement;
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues;
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, obtaining buy in and sign off where required;
  
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and future development;
  
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success;
  
• Analyze product performance data and report on product metrics;
  
• Identify opportunities for product optimization and growth based on data insights
