Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and drive short- and long-term in-house production strategies aligned with company´s goals and store operations.
• Define business targets and priorities for local production units, ensuring synchronization with Baltic production ambitions.
• Lead and oversee all in-house production plans within store operations to deliver on business results.
• Ensure effective cooperation with all contributing departments and provide up-to-date and accurate reports on results.
• Responsible for developing and implementing in-house production assortment plans, including introducing new strategies or major modifications.
• Create a positive working environment and ensure an effective production organization by providing the right competence and engagement for high performance and efficiency.

Key qualifications for success in this role:

• Desired higher education in food technology.
• At least 2 years of management experience in the food production sector.
• Strong analytical and strategical thinking, with a good understanding of the food retail industry.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills, ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability to change, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Estonian and English.
• Previous experience with optimization, scheduling, or store operations is a plus.
