Tasks
- Bookkeep our accounting system "Merit"
- Pay salaries and declare income tax, etc for the employees
- Make payments to our suppliers and update on our system
- Communicate with banks, suppliers and our sales office when required
- Prepare balance sheets to management
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and submit to the management and government authorities
- Declare VAT
- Handle dividends to shareholders
- Handle company registry matters
- Deal with administrational matters with various providers, public service units, government units, etc on behalf of the company and the owners
- Fulfill institutional surveys on behalf of the company

Requirements
- Higher education
- Professional proficiency in English
- Knowledge of accounting and tax matters and regulations in Estonia
- Previous experience as an accountant would be beneficial, however not crucial if you are a fast self-learner
- Ability to work independently
