IFRS Intern
By joining our IFRS Team in Group Accounting Unit you will be working with the Baltic annual and interim reports templates and data, compiling comparative information (from previous year). Your tasks will also involve participation in other actual IFRS Team tasks like ad-hoc consultations on certain processes, procedure review etc., as well as assisting in preparation of local subsidiaries reports.
You will gain knowledge about IFRS and accounting standarts and practical application in the Bank as well as Banks regulatory (the mandatory financial reports to EU authorities) and public reporting (annual and quarterly mandatory reports Bank is publishing for investors and other stakeholders). 
We expect you to be passionate about finance area, have great attention to detail, ability to process large amounts of data, as well as being a quick learner. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Finance, Economics or Accounting. 
 
Treasury Analyst Intern
By joining our Asset & Liability Management Team in the Treasury Department you will be involved in tasks such as regular reporting including working with the data of entire Banks balance sheet, calculating regulatory ratios and analyzing observed changes. Ad-hoc tasks would require more in-depth data analysis in specific subject and presentation of the results to manager and other stakeholders.
You will gain reasonable understanding of banks business model, strategy and departments working behind each area, which is also a is a perfect starting point for starting a career in a bank. Work in Treasury offers full visibility of all banking activities, products and main regulatory requirements.
We expect you to be interested in finance & treasury areas, be a quick learner, have thoroughness, accuracy and accountability, as well as great analytical skills. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Finance or Mathematics. 

ESG & Sustainability Intern
By joining our Sustainability Department, you will be working closely with business analysts and business data engineers and assist on various key objectives and project implementation. Your tasks will include supporting the team with Luminor's Sustainability report 2024: assisting in the gap analysis of 2023 report with CRSD sustainability reporting requirements, ensuring audit trail documentation as well as supporting the coordination of the sustainability report preparation. In addition, you will engaged in updating ESG-related trainings, as well as in ESG/ Sustainability related data and analytics activities e.g sustainability reporting, insights.
You will gain a great understanding of ESG/ Sustainability data related topics, especially in the banking industry, as well as business analysis competence.
We expect you to have some previous exposure to data analytics or any analytical task experience, as well critical & analytical thinking skills couple with great collaboration and ownership skills. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Finance, Economics or related field.
