We welcome you to join our great service center in a modern work environment in Ülemiste City, wheres always something inspiring happening. We have also an option to work from home office. Common Shared Services (CSS) is an organization that provides expert transactional business services to Hitachi Energy out of five centers spread across the globe. Tallinn CSS offers supply chain management, financial and HR services for Northen Europe and Great Britain countries. This drives continuous improvement of productivity and service quality, which ultimately helps the Business Units to be more successful on the market.

Your responsibilities

Provide support to HR community, managers and employees in various HR-related topics.
Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on experience with customers.
Communicates information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as needed.
Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Service.

Your background

Experience in an international company with matrix organization preferred
Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
A good eye for details and excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork ability
Pro-active and can-do mindset
Proficiency in Swedish/Norwegian and Estonian knowledge preferred
