About Us:
AS Metrosert is expanding into Health data sector via a newly created Applied Research Centre. Our new team in this field is highly skilled, research oriented and motivated to lower the threshold for companies to engage in R&D through a wide range of health data-related analytical services.
As we expand our team, we are looking for a talented Project Manager to help us build and develop Estonian health-tech and healthcare and biofarma sector by bridging the gap between business and research.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, taking charge of the documentations and following the quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success and achieve organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from project initiation through to closure
- Develop project plans, documentation, timelines and budgets, and monitor adherence to project milestones and deliverables
- Draft a variety of documents across different workstreams with initiative to find out more about the contents
- Coordinate project meetings and resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors, to ensure efficient project execution
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to provide regular project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Fluency in English and Estonian written and oral communication
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Beneficial: Previous experience in biomedical / data science
