🗣 Are you passionate about working with people?
We are currently on the lookout for an HR People Partner for our Estonia hub. You will be the face of the People Team within our Tallinn hub, and deliver global requirements, local needs and appropriate alignment in between. You will have a diverse task of ensuring strategic HR guidance and support is provided in areas such as change management, employee relations, workforce planning, HR Compliance and performance & development.
You will also have the exciting responsibility of working closely with the Centres of Excellence and ensure the services delivered locally are appropriate to ensure the success of the business.
What youll do: 🤓
- Develop and maintain an effective partnership with the business.
- Act as a coach and advisor to business leaders; coach, consult and challenge management on various operational people matters
- Advise leaders on operational people matters such as discipline and performance management, recommending and supporting with appropriate people interventions
- Work with the Compensation and Reward partners to facilitate salary reviews in your location and understand the basic principles of reward practices and benefits and ensure consistency of application.
- Partner with Talent Management to ensure development of local talent, identifying development needs and working with Talent Management to coordinate/meet these needs
- Support organizational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
- Facilitate talent reviews, performance/bonus calibration sessions, and partner with the Talent Team to ensure our best in class leadership development programs meet your jurisdictions needs.
- Identify opportunities for employee training and development to enhance individual and team performance, making recommendations to the Talent team accordingly.
- Develop and deliver appropriate mini-training/manager briefings on a variety of people related matters such as managing difficult conversations, setting performance goals, managing poor performance, creating a high performing team etc
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture by implementing Global and local initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and well-being.
- Plan and execute employee events and initiatives that foster a sense of community, promote and teamwork.
- Utilise HR data and analytics to gain insights into trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to your business units.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.

What we'll be looking for 🔎
- We are looking for a passionate people person with an approachable personality.
- Must have atleast 2 years of HR working experience.
- Someone who is self motivated, proactive and has the drive to succeed.
- You must be a great communicator and able to influence peers with finesse.
- We expect a suitable candidate to have knowledge of Estonian at least at the C2 level, both in speech and in writing.
- Must also be well familiar and knowledgeable with Estonian Labor Law.
