With us you have the opportunity to:
- Support the Baltic Banking private business by creating, maintaining and analysing the performance of various propensity models, customer profiles and process mining appropriate in private customers banking products and services by using skills within data science, statistics and machine learning;
- Find out how customer behaviour / operational processes impact business results across very different areas – incl. lending, daily banking, investments and insurance products, marketing and offering activities;
- Explore how changing customer interaction or processes can lead to better outcomes;
- Perform deep dives in large amounts of data by deploying different statistical analysis methods, identify patterns and draw the conclusions to assist business with data driven insights;
- Participate in different projects with supportive function and work closely with colleagues from other Baltic countries.
What you need in this role:
- Fundamental understanding of data science (statistics and machine learning);
- Ability to refine big datasets into meaningful insights and models;
- Curiosity and ability to find practical solutions to challenging problems;
- University degree in a technical field such as statistics, mathematics, economics or engineering;
- Experience working with practical applications of statistical modelling/machine learning;
- Programming experience within analytical framework (e.g. R/Python) and experience using SQL.
