I’m Soren Hejnfelt and the Chief Business Development Officer of Finestmedia for 4 years. With my team we have driven Finestmedia to be in the top 1% fastest growing IT companies in Estonia several years in a row. We have achieved this through a relaxed atmosphere fostered around execution and accountability!

At Finestmedia we are very ambitious and I am looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager or Specialist to join the team to keep driving the development and profitability of Finestmedia!

Specifically I need you to actively drive sales and placement of any of our available talent and seek out new staff contract opportunities in the local and international markets and also organize the people for these contracts through partner organizations, our HR department or Polish group recruitment agency or other partner recruitment agencies. You are expected to be well connected, full of energy and enthusiasm for sales and experienced in the sales of IT talent. Together you and I will be developing an effective sales model and pipeline for continuously delivering contracts in which placement of our own available staff or subcontracted staff is possible.

What will you be working on:

  • Lead generation: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation. Cold calling, emailing, Linkedin messaging. Understanding the target audience and establishing trusted relationships with decision makers in the IT industry. Personally pursue and close key sales opportunities, managing the sales process.
  • Relationships: Build professional and trusting relationships with key partners, leverage existing relationships.
  • Managing a CRM system: Be organized and continuously update the CRM system pipeline with all leads, opportunities, activities and communications.
  • Offer creation: Being able to effectively price the talent according to market pricing and create professional offers and manage the closing of the deals.
  • Manage agreements for the assurance of proper performance and timely invoicing.
  • Communication with Division Managers: Clearly and effectively communicate with Division Managers and stay up to date with available staff and IT talent inside Finestmedia.
  • Communicate with HR sourcing companies or subcontractors: Recognize sales opportunities in the market for which we do not have the required talent and still be able to source the talent necessary and manage the communications to effectively close the deal.

Knowledge and skillset:

  • Embody a culture of open, collaborative, and trust-based behaviour; lead by example to drive accountability and taking ownership.
  • Excellent communications skills. Active listening and creative problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and Estonian. Other languages a plus.
  • High degree of organization to keep CRM clean and updated.
  • Fast moving on any new opportunity!
  • 3+ years of experience in sales role with a sales quota.
  • Experience with gathering requirements and writing sales proposals.
  • Working knowledge of the sales process. Experience with Pipedrive is a plus.
