Key skills

Strong people and agile project management: you will develop your ideas and get traction for them using good interpersonal skills, within various teams in the organization. Excellent project management practices will help keep your stakeholders and team members in sync, ensuring strong results.
Data analysis: the role calls for continual analysis of market trends and the positioning of competitors. This analysis provides the foundation for customer experience strategies. Much of this analysis is done by drilling down into data around customer behavior and experiences, so you need to be up to speed on these techniques.
Digital experience and design thinking: you will leverage ambiguity, incorporating it into your design thinking methods and ensuring a clear result-oriented focus on building a digital sales and loyalty experience worth sharing.
Strategic thinking: the role requires a broad view of Telia business in different segments and the ability to turn competitive threats, industry trends, new technologies, and market advantages into business opportunities. You also need to link long-term visions and concepts to daily work.
Collaboration: as a business development manager you are a center point to many different parts in the organization which means that operating effectively in a large, complex structure is a must. Building strong relationships and solving problems with key stakeholders at all levels comes naturally for you.

Is this you?

2+ years of experience in software development, project management, business development, or digital customer experience preferably in a large or international organization.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Positive attitude, ability to handle stress, inspiring and supportive way of working.
Fluent written and spoken English and Estonian.
Degree in business, telecommunications, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

Design converged customer experience: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test. Repeat consistently. Document your findings and spread the knowledge.
Plan and execute convergence development portfolio in cooperation with cross-functional team and product managers.
Ensure efficient and well-functioning processes and quality to create maximum value for the company.
Understand technical specifics of mobile and broadband telecommunications, TV, and value-added services.
Track, solve, and communicate problems and queries to involved parties.
