Luminor Asset Management and Pensions is a business unit which is part of Luminor Group and Retail business area. In Luminor Asset Management we focus to create growth of Luminor customers’ wealth to improve their quality of life in long-term horizon. Portfolio Manager at Luminor is playing the central role in rendering suitable and appropriate investment management services to high net worth individuals, private companies and institutions, by managing client investment assets (portfolios) in accordance with bank’s investment strategy and the client’s risk profile. Participates in defining and on-going contribution to tactical and strategic investment view of the bank. Acts as an ambassador of portfolio management service towards counterparties in Luminor and outside the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to the investment management and research processes of the Investment Management Team, including on-going contribution to the investment view
  • Take ownership of the design and on-going maintenance of the model portfolios, implementing investment view in individual portfolios
  • Manage the designated clients’ investment assets by making investment decisions regarding the individual portfolios
  • Contribute to the processes of investment committee if designated as a member of the committee
  • Stay abreast of the regulatory and legal requirements applicable to the investment management of portfolios
  • Communicate the investment view towards the internal and external counterparties if designated by direct manager Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders


Skills and experience:

  • 3+ year experience with Financial Markets
  • Professional knowledge of portfolio management theory and financial instruments and their markets – equity, fixed income, exchange traded products (ETP), mutual funds, forex, and derivatives. 
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework in the financial markets 
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills, ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner
  • Professional proficiency with Bloomberg
  • BFAA license
  • Full proficiency in English and local language
  • CFA preferred
