Process Manager

We are looking for a passionate Process Analyst/Process Manager, supporting our efforts for process documentation and improvements. You will work very closely with different teams and functions (product, engineering, business, etc.) over different time zones (Europe, US) on documenting processes and drive simplification, efficiency, and scalability. You will be part of our project management team. As you are dealing with all functions within RSI you will have a high visibility within the company. There's plenty of work and interesting topics ahead as we keep growing at a fast pace.

What You’ll Do:

BPM (Business Process Management): Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to improve our IT and business processes
Partner with process owners to ensure core processes are documented and aligned on the interface between departments
Simplify our processes and generally increase their efficiency, for example via VSM (value stream mapping) or Process mining
Accompany regular process audits and reviews to identify gaps, risks, efficiency gains, and training needs
Support in developing an implementation plan to enhance our desired way of working
Assist in preparing, developing, and conducting trainings on new and existing processes and skills
Manage implementation initiatives and projects to improve the identified pain points
Facilitate initiatives to knowledge sharing and engagement across the processes

All About You:

3+ years of related work experience in analyzing and re-engineering IT processes, e.g. in an analyst/consulting role
Ability to visualize business & IT processes with process mapping tools
A sense of ownership and a passion for process management, technology, and IT
Ability to act as a driving force and to deal with different stakeholders
High proficiency in English is a must, Estonian language skills are beneficial
Experience in the IT / gaming industry is a plus but not required
