✍️ Your daily tasks will be

• Full ownership of recruitment. You will be the key partner for our managers in Yolo Group and in other business areas (if needed) with all recruitment-related matters, from posting the job ad, conducting the interviews to sending out the job offer.
• Having kick-off meetings with recruiting managers to clarify the needs for the role, agree recruitment channels, timeline etc.
• Reviewing applicants’ CVs
• Actively seeking for new recruitment channels and networking and sourcing to find new candidates
• Doing initial background checks for candidates
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience by acting politely, respectfully and timely towards candidates and their applications
• Super-admin to our ATS. You will be using our ATS system TeamTailor for all recruitment-related activities. Making sure that all the data is correct, providing reports for the key stakeholders where necessary etc.
• Participating in other People Team’s projects when needed
• Being an advocate of Yolo Group’s culture and values, driving and living by them

 

✔️ What we expect from you

• Fluent in written and verbal English;
• Good level in verbal Russian and Estonian preferred
• Experience in working in the hotel and restaurant industry
• Experience in recruiting staff for hotel/restaurant/casino
• Good networking skills
• Excellent communicator with an eye for detail;
• Able to multitask and plan your time, work in a team and adapt quickly;
• Positive attitude in every situation, solution minded
• Willingness to develop and learn
• Open mind
