Are you passionate about customer service, banking and project management?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Develop new ways of customer service: implementing new channels and solutions how customers can approach the bank.
  • Create digital way of working in physical channels: creating processes on how physical channels shall incorporate digital tools and processes for enhancing the customer meeting experience.
  • Collaborate with business and IT counterparties, both operational and managerial level and vendors locally and cross-country to achieve the best in class result.
  • Initiate, lead and deliver strategic cross-border projects (IT and non IT related) to improve the way customers get service in Swedbank service channels in Baltics.
  • Maintain, continuously improve and follow-up of implemented business processes or practices and technical solutions to ensure aligned customer service, way of working and increasing efficiency of channels operations across Baltic countries.

What is needed in this role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business management or related field, or a great reason for not having one.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management of new process implementation, process development, etc. Customer service / Channel management project experience would be an advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of project management methodologies is necessary, having a certificate would be an advantage (e.g. IPMA, PMP, Agile).
  • Knowledge and experience of applying Lean, 6 Sigma would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated project scope and expectations management skills with ability to agree and lead different opinions to one aligned decision.
  • Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain a successful communication and cooperation with big variety of stakeholders and counterparties cross-border.
  • Eagerness and ability to present in front of various audiences (from operational level to high level management) as well as preparing audience friendly and effective presentations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
