FINANCE MANAGER

Hurtigruten Estonia OÜ is Hurtigruten's Estonian branch of the company, focused on phone and web sales and a wide range of support functions. Almost 300 employees from over 40 countries work in the Tallinn office.
We are looking for:
FINANCE MANAGER
As a Finance Manager and Member of the Board, you’ll help Hurtigruten to achieve our ultimate ambition of becoming the global leader in inspirational adventure travel by supporting management decision-making with precise data. You will provide planning, reporting, analyse, and decision support to our corporate and operational departments.
You will organize daily work of our accountant and Office Coordinator and work in cooperation with our service partner and taking the responsibility for the accurate financial data and reporting.
In order to get things done, you are expected to collaborate closely with our managers, global finance team and employees as well as support everyone in the company with their accounting and finance related questions. You will prepare the annual report and necessary monthly (weekly, etc) reports required by different institutions, and be the “go-to person” for our external auditors
Job Tasks
- Consulting managers in accounting and taxation matters.
- Being a member of the management team with focus on financial planning processes.
- Responsible for all financial aspects of Hurtigruten Estonia OÜ, including budgeting preparation, business planning and reviews, auditing etc.
- Manage company accounting and payroll functions.
- Working closely with our accounting partner.
- Creating, updating and maintaining financial models and forecasts of the company´s operations.
- Supporting stakeholders with monthly analytical summaries.

Performing ad-hoc financial analyses to uphold strategic decision-making.

- Higher education in Economics or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Head Accountant, Finance Manager, Operations Manager) in an international environment
- International company exposure and having to report to a Head Quarter outside of Estonia
- A broad knowledge and experience in accounting and financial analyses
- Excellent knowledge of Estonian accounting, tax and business law and regulations
- Experience in working with different accounting soft wares
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with BI and data visualization
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience partnering with multiple business leaders across multiple jurisdictions, in complex and fast paced international business.
