Responsibilities

  • Managing HR tasks, including interviewing, hiring, and training new people.
  • Supporting people's performance, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee records.
  • Providing your co-workers with the necessary working supplies and organizing purchases.
  • Coordinating the administrative functions for different departments, such as accounting, recruiting, and people's well-being.
  • Booking transport and accommodation while searching for the best offers and deals.
  • Helping out the Marketing department with their daily tasks, such as company merchandise.
  • Communicating with different departments and providers.
  • Greeting visitors and handling their inquiries.
  • Planning and organizing fun and creative company events, as we have them a lot, and people always look forward to something new.

Requirements

  • Attentive and caring characteristics for maintaining our people and offices' well-being.
  • Cheerful and positive-minded, able to find common ground with various personality types.
  • Proactive mindset - ability to anticipate situations, take control, and prepare for them ahead of time.
  • Solution-oriented, as problems and concerns arise, having the right attitude will help you handle them successfully.
  • Detail-oriented, as there will be lots of work with contracts and numbers.
  • Skill for planning and leading events and smaller projects independently.
  • Capable of bringing up new ideas and bringing your ideas to life. 
  • Fluent in Estonian and English.
