Our rapid growth and ambitious global expansion plans present a unique opportunity for driven professionals. We are currently seeking an Account Executive to work from our Estonian office in Viljandi.
The Role - Müügi- Ja Kliendihaldur
We're in search of a resourceful and motivated Account Executive to join our Customer Success team. Based at our state-of-the-art Viljandi office alongside our engineering & support teams, you'll play a crucial role in liaising with our partners & corporate users of our cloud business management software.
This position is an an important one for our company as a large proportion of our revenue comes from expansion sales to satisfied customers and from our partner network.
You will receive full training in our product suite, our marketing messages & sales tools, along with introductions to our partners & customers plus an exciting and dynamic working environment with highly talented co-workers who care passionately about their roles and the company.
The role is 37.5 hours a week full-time and is based in our office in Viljandi, Estonia. We are happy to consider hybrid working for the right person. Occasional travel may be also required as we are an international company.
A competitive salary is offered, dependent upon your experience, plus 28 days paid holiday and Stebby benefits.

Responsibilities
As a valued member of the Sysynkt team, your role will encompass these tasks:
- Develop the sales and profitability of your assigned customer & partner portfolio, taking responsibility for sales and pricing execution and assisting partners, as needed, with their sales opportunities
- Attract new business and close sales opportunities by leveraging marketing and communication tools, as well as through insights into customer requirements & behaviour
- Manage contracts and provide accurate customer and pipeline updates to internal stakeholders
- Plan and implement strategies for managing your customer & partner portfolio to enhance retention and the overall customer experience and build and maintain strong relationships with customers & partners, actively working to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure customer & partner data is updated and maintained in our CRM and marketing software and other relevant systems
- Strengthen your knowledge of the companys products, services, and applications to meet customer & partner needs effectively while also gaining a comprehensive understanding of customer business structures and key stakeholders to better serve and grow your portfolio
- Support marketing campaigns by identifying opportunities, creating and proofreading materials as needed
About you
If you have a background in managing relationships and successfully bringing revenue to your current and past employers and are excited at the opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company we would like to hear from you.
Experience & personal skills:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Excellent written and spoken English and enjoy speaking with customers & partners
- Proficient presentation skills
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities
- Strong questioning and probing skills
- Solid negotiation skills
- Basic financial competence and data skills
- Comfortable communicating remotely via phone, email, and MS Teams
- Desire to grow and develop and open to change and innovation
- Worked with CRM or marketing software is beneficial
- Some technical knowledge or education is an advantage
As our clients are mostly in the UK or use English as their working language, excellent spoken & written English is a prerequisite.
