Tööülesannete kirjeldus

• Actively sell products and solutions to new clients.
• Expand the product portfolio for existing clients.
• Develop trust-based, long-term relationships with clients by offering solutions that meet their business needs and create additional value.
• Continuously analyze client purchasing behavior, needs, and journeys to better forecast decision-making processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of appropriate products and services to clients by closely cooperating with other departments (logistics, production, development, service).
• Respond quickly and empathetically to client complaints or issues, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor retail market trends, competitors, and technological innovations, proposing new solutions to clients.
• Represent the company at business fairs and events.
• Prepare and execute all sales documents in accordance with company regulations and existing legislation.
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
• Register all lead and opportunity information into SalesForce CRM system.
